YOGA
Each class, whether in person or through my online studio membership, acknowledges that we all carry experiences of trauma on our life journeys. My in-person sessions create a nurturing and healing environment, while the online membership offers a diverse range of classes. Both options provide a space for individuals to connect with their bodies, reflect on their personal experiences, and deepen their connection to their soul.
WOMEN’S GATHERINGS
To find balance in being, we must remember what we are made of and why we are here. My Women’s Gatherings invite us to connect as mothers, sisters, friends, and keepers of the earth’s wisdom. These gatherings include transformative retreats, small group sessions, and sacred ceremonies, where we come together to move, reflect, and share in open-hearted conversation.
Whether you're attending a retreat, participating in a sacred ceremony, or joining a smaller circle, these gatherings offer a safe, supportive space to soften, rise, ignite, nurture, and heal. Together, we recognise our deep connection to the earth and to one another, knowing these moments of shared growth ripple out into all areas of our lives.
Transformation begins here, allowing you to live authentically and confidently in your truth, while nurturing all your relations.
RETREATS
Throughout the year, I offer a variety of retreats, each grounded in the principles of Katie West Yoga. My Soulful Women’s retreats are designed exclusively for women, offering a space for deep connection and transformation within a supportive, all-female environment. On the other hand, ReWilding retreats are open to both men and women, creating a shared space for growth, exploration, and reconnection with your true self.
YOGA THERAPY
I am currently studying Biomedical Yoga Therapy with Celia Roberts, BSc.
Yoga Therapy offers a holistic approach to healing, blending the ancient wisdom of yogic practices with mindfulness and meditation techniques rooted in both Yogic and Buddhist traditions. In each session, you’ll explore how lifestyle medicine can be integrated into everyday practices of compassionate connection, both with yourself and with others.

Community
At Katie West Yoga, I cultivate a global community where people connect when they find themselves in the same city or within our online space, supporting each other in carrying the essence of these principles into their daily lives. When you join me on a retreat, women’s gathering, or even a class, the community stays with you, allowing you to remain connected long after the experience. Belonging is essential to knowing love.
TEACHER MENTORSHIP
This one-on-one mentorship will help yoga teachers awaken their inner wisdom and enhance their unique soul signature. Together, we’ll cultivate a balanced approach to deepen your practice and find harmony within yourself, your community, and the world.
It’s normal to feel overwhelmed by the demands of a public profession that is becoming increasingly out-there and performative. I work in the realm of holding space. I teach, I create, and I continually relearn the deep principles within the practice. I share this knowledge generously, much like passing a bottle of wine at a full table.
We will focus on cultivating your presence, highlighting that it is more important than perfecting technique. Through this, you’ll develop a deeper connection to yourself and the spaces you hold, allowing authenticity to flow naturally in your practice and interactions.
